Recent seafood photography comission to produce a series of imagery for Spencer Gulf Kingfish to update their image library.
Spencer gulf produce world class, premium sushi grade kingfish so we wanted to appeal to chefs and high end restaurants that primarily use their seafood.
We worked closely with a Sushi chef and food stylist to make sure that the images appealed to the target audience.
Inspiration for the look and feel was taken from some of my existing food photography work incorporating fresh ingredients. A dark palate to communicate a premium feel and simple styling to let the produce shine.
