Project: AURUM | Homewares Product Photography
Still life product photography for AURUM, a small Melbourne label of solid brass and stainless steel candlesticks and incense holders designed by architect Charlotte Guy and made locally in short runs.
The Brief: Six pieces for the launch range, each photographed on its own and in small groups, with a moody, opulent feel rather than a bright catalogue look.
Our Approach: A half day in the studio, each piece shot on its own and then in small groups, with the metal as the focus throughout.
The Result: Nine images that launched the range, went on to the stockists’ online shops and, in 2026, AURUM’s listing on The Local Project’s marketplace.
