I was recently commissioned to shoot a series of dessert images to show the versatility of Fonterra’s Anchor whipping cream. The objective was to appeal to the food service industry so it was important that the dishes looked professional and immaculately presented. Across a two day shoot at Fonterra’s head office in Melbourne, we worked closely with the very talented pastry chef Josh Cochrane from RACV to produce the stunning dishes which resulted in eight hero images. These shots are running as a series of ads both locally and overseas.
