Dessert Photography for Fonterra’s Anchor Whipping Cream
I was recently commissioned to create a series of professional dessert photography for Fonterra, showcasing the versatility of their Anchor Whipping Cream. The brief was to produce elegant, food service–ready imagery that would resonate with chefs, venues, and hospitality brands.
Shot over two days at Fonterra’s head office in Melbourne, the project brought together a brilliant creative team, including renowned pastry chef Josh Cochrane from RACV. Together, we developed a visually rich series of eight dessert hero shots, featuring a range of beautifully styled dishes—from classic plated desserts to more modern, textural presentations.
Each image was carefully composed and lit to highlight the cream’s smooth texture, stability, and performance in a high-end kitchen setting. The resulting collection is now being used across local and international advertising campaigns.
This project is a great example of high-impact commercial dessert photography designed for the food service industry.
